This notice explains how Quantarq Technologies (“Quantarq”, “we”) handles personal information in connection with this website, quantarq.org. It covers information you send us through the website and technical information processed when you visit.

Information you provide. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, business email address, company, role if you choose to give it, the area of interest you select, your message, and your confirmation that we may use these details to respond.

Technical information. Like most websites, the infrastructure that serves this site processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The contact form uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions.

This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and it does not track you across other websites.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not set cookies. It records the page visited, the referring page, and general information such as browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location. Visits are grouped using a value derived from the request that resets every day, so individual visitors are not identified or followed over time.

The website is hosted by a cloud hosting provider, which also provides the analytics described above, and inquiries are delivered to our team through an email or workflow delivery service. These providers process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and then delete it. The website itself does not store contact form submissions.

Information sent through the website is encrypted in transit, and access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond.

As an international company working with cloud service providers, we may process information in countries other than your own. Where we do, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us through the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
